There is a real risk in heavy AI use that quietly breaks your judgement. You start outsourcing first drafts. Then outsourcing structure. Then outsourcing the decision about what to think. By the time you notice, you cannot tell which thoughts are yours.
The fix is not to stop using AI. The fix is to keep doing the hard part yourself. Decide the goal, the audience, the constraint, the angle. Hand the tool the bounded execution. Read the output critically and rewrite anywhere you would have done it differently.
Treated this way, AI is the most useful workshop assistant you will ever have. Treated as an oracle, it will slowly hollow out the muscles you actually got paid for.
