Appaya Ltd provides vyke.ai, educational AI content and a community for discussion. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and in a way that does not harm the service or other people.

Your account and content

Keep your sign-in link and account access private. You are responsible for content you post and must have the right to share it. Do not post unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or harmful material, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service.

You keep ownership of your content. You grant vyke.ai a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, display, and distribute that content only as needed to operate the community, provide the service, and maintain secure backups.

Moderation

We may remove content or restrict access where needed to protect the community, comply with law, or enforce these terms. We will act reasonably and may explain a decision through the contact route below when appropriate.

Availability and third parties

We may change, pause, or improve the service. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; their services and policies are their responsibility. Nothing on vyke.ai is professional, legal, financial, medical, or other regulated advice.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, vyke.ai is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
